This is an application for grant of bail.

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that two minor girls are induced for the prostitution and it is a human trafficking. Hence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 5.

Permission is granted.
