Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent/State. 2.

The petitioner, who is an employee of the respondent No.2-College, being run by the respondent No.3-Management, has approached this Court for reliefs mentioned in the prayer clauses, especially prayer clause (III) seeking declaration that the petitioner is entitled to benefits of 7th Pay Commission and further direction to the respondents for paying arrears of the salary to the petitioner along with 18 % interest per annum.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, upon query, has invited our attention to the representation dated 30.05.2023 which is at Page 36, (Annexure-L) of the petition; so also further reminder representation dated nd.thawre

2/2 10.10.2025 submitted to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 praying for the same relief.

The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the aforesaid representations are neither rejected nor allowed by the respondent Nos.2 and 3. 5.

In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the aforesaid representations dated 30.05.2023 and 10.10.2025 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the concerned respondents within two weeks from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
