Parchure, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the tax effect in these appeals is below the monetary limits as prescribed by Circular dated 20/08/2018. He has referred to the communication dated 23/09/2019 issued in that regard and submits that in view thereof these appeals would have to be withdrawn.

In view of circular No.3/2018 the appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. The Court fee be refunded in accordance with the Rules.

Pending Civil Application St. No.27095/2018 also stands disposed of.
