Heard Shri R.D. Bhuibhar, learned counsel for the applicant.

As per the report, the applicant eloped a minor girl aged 14 years. He did sexual intercourse with her. But, from the perusal of report, shows that girl victim herself with her free will went with him. She was always visiting to him at his resident at Chikhalgaon. She went with the applicant. It appears that it was love affair between the victim and accused. Investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. Hence, the following order.

The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety of the same amount.

The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

The applicant shall attend the trial Curt on each and every dates.

The applicant shall not leave jurisdiction of Trial

Breach of any of the condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
