Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition contending that Criminal Application No.572 of 2017 since has been compromised between the parties and respondent no.2 therein, who is respondent no.3 in the present petition, petitioner does not want to prosecute the present petition.

In that view of the matter, leave as prayed is allowed. The petition stands disposed of as 'dismissed' as allowed to be withdrawn.
