By this application, it is pointed out that the employer, who was represented through Mr. Deepak s/o Mahadev Joshi, recently communicated to the Director, Sub-Regional Office, Nagpur about the change of ownership of the establishment of M/s. Laxmi Talkies, Hinganghat. To justify this fact, the appellants have relied upon the communication dated 12.02.2025.

Hence, considering the averments which are made on affidavit, the application is allowed and disposed of. 3.

The appellants are permitted to correct the cause title of the present appeal and the said correction be carried within a period of one week. After carrying out the correction by the appellants, notice be issued to the newly substituted respondent, returnable after four weeks.
