The present crime is the most heinous one that is selling and purchasing of newborn child of a poor couple. The investigation is in progress. When these facts were brought to the notice of this Court and when the Court was about to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

Permission is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
