There is no paging to the impugned order and also on the subsequent annexures. This casual affair is becoming a routine. As there are major defects in filing the writ petition which is causing immense inconvenience to the Court, in my view, such writ petition should not be entertained. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if so advised. The Advocate for the petitioner shall deposit Rs.5,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and produce receipt on record of this petition within one month.
