01] By this application, the Applicants have sought to condone the delay of 8946 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 16.03.1993 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.450/1990.

02] Shri R.J. Shinde, learned counsel for the Applicants, under instructions, states that the Applicants shall not claim interest for the delayed period i.e. 8946 days. In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned.
