2] The learned counsel for the petitioner Shri Mir Nagman Ali states that since the Court is not inclined to entertain the petition the trial may be expedited. Shri Nagman Ali states that the petitioner is the owner of the 20 bullocks, which are seized.

3] The submission is reasonable. The learned Magistrate is directed to conclude the trial within 3 months from the date of this order.

4] In view of the directions issued by this Court to expedite the trial Shri Mir Nagman Ali seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.
