Heard Advocate Shri C.R. Thakur for the applicant and Shri H.R. Dhumale, learned APP for the non-applicant/State.
Learned APP has strongly objected the application. He has pointed out crime chart. The learned counsel Shri Thakur pointed out crime chart along with the charge-sheet. It appears that all the cases are disposed of. The case is based on circumstantial evidence. There is no eye witness to the incident. Hence, the following order: [i] The application is allowed.
[ii] The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount on following conditions.
[a] The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution.
[b] The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each

[c] The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.
[e] The breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
The application is disposed of.
