In this petition, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent-Authority on 11th November, 2025 and within seven days, approached this Court raising a grievance that such representation is not decided by the respondent-Authority. We deprecate such practice of approaching this Court without giving sufficient time to the respondent-Authority to decide the representation. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for the above-referred reason with the costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to be paid to the High Court Gazetted Officers' Association, Nagpur within a period of one week from today.
