Today also when the matter is called out, no one is appearing for the applicant. It appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the application. The application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Criminal Application (APPP) No. 599/2019.

In view of dismissal of Criminal Application (APL) No.1094/2018, this application for amending the application for quashing of First Information Report under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 does not survive. Hence, it is disposed accordingly.
