The petitioners are claimed to be encroachers on the 'E' Class land.

Having regard to the issue raised in the petition, we direct the respondent No.2-Collector, Akola to take a decision on the issue in view of policy decision of the Government.

For said purpose the petitioners are permitted to appear before the respondent No.2-Collector, Akola through their representative on 10/02/2025.

The respondent No.2-Collector shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and communicate the decision taken on the issue within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioners and production of this order before him. 6.
