Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, the proceeding filed in the form of the revision application is still pending before the respondent No.1-Hon'ble Minister, Department of Revenue, Mumbai, including stay application.

In that view of the matter, we direct that the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.1 on 04.12.2025.

The respondent No.1 is directed to decide the stay application within two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Considering that the Tahsildar is proceeding to take possession from the petitioner of the land in question, we direct that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner until the stay application is decided. nd.thawre

Needless to mention that the respondent No.1 shall not get influenced by the order passed today. 6.
