In this petition, a prayer is made to direct respondent No.1 to take decision on the issue of making applicable benefits of career advancement scheme to the employees of Government Ayurvedic College - respondent No.3.

The learned counsel for petitioner has invited our attention to the communication dated 09.11.2022 issued by the Commissioner of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai. He submits that if the direction is Prity
2 / 2 134.wp8281.2025 issued to the respondent to take the communication dated 09.11.2022 to its logical end, his grievance would stand redressed.

The learned Government Pleader and Senior Counsel Mr. Chauhan, fairly submits that the appropriate direction may be given.

In that view of the matter, we direct that communication dated 09.11.2022 be taken to its logical end by the Secretary of Medical Education within a period of twelve weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. 6.
Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of.
