After arguing for sometime, learned Advocate for the petitioner realized that the contempt petition is filed before this Court without issuing legal notice to the respondents calling upon them to comply with the directions given by this Court by judgment delivered in Writ Petition No.1077/2016 on 24th March, 2017. The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in the matter.

As even show cause notice is not issued to the respondents, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty as sought. The contempt petition is disposed accordingly. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
