The applicant/petitioner has moved this application for speaking to minutes to the judgment dated 15.11.2017.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner states that in the third sentence of paragraph 3, it ought to have been stated that 'in the present case, the petitioner had never given any power of attorney to Sanjay Maheshwari', as the petitioner had given the power of attorney in the civil suit.
Accordingly, third sentence of paragraph 3 shall now read thus:- 'He submitted that in the present case, the petitioner had never given any power of attorney to Sanjay Maheshwari.'
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner states that a similar correction needs to be carried out in paragraph 7 on page 7. The relevant sentence in paragraph 7 on page 7 shall now read thus:-
APPW284-17 'As noted earlier, admittedly, no power of attorney was given by the petitioner to Sanjay Maheshwari, in the present case.'
Ordered accordingly.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
