The respondent Nos. 1 and 2, identified by the advocate appearing for them, are present in the Court. 2.

The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have filed this application praying that the order passed by this Court on 12th December, 2017 directing issuance of non-bailable warrant to secure the presence of the respondents before this Court be recalled. The respondents have tried to justify their absence on 12th December, 2017.

In addition, the respondents have filed affidavit sworn on 21st December, 2017 stating that a cheque for an amount of Rs.Two Lakhs is given to the advocate representing the petitioner. It is further undertaken that the balance amount would be paid to the petitioner till 10th January, 2018.

As the respondents have shown their willingness to pay the amount receivable by the petitioner, the order passed by this Court on 12th December, 2017 directing

2 can118.17 issuance of non-bailable warrant to secure the presence of the respondents before this Court is recalled.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. List the Contempt Petition for further consideration on 10th January, 2018.
