According to her, though she is entitled for the benefit of compassionate appointment, the same has not been granted to her.

She further submits that detailed representation dated 11.09.2025 was made to the Collector, Gondia. 4.

Since the same has not been decided till date, we hereby direct respondent no.3 Collector, Gondia to decide the said representation within eight weeks from the date of production of this order.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of this order, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.
