Date : 20 th December, 2017 This application seeks the reliefs as under : "i) Modify the order dated 11/10/2017 passed by this hon'ble court in Cri. W.P. no.799/2017 (Abhilasha & 1 -v/s - Nilesh) by stopping deduction from salary of respondent no.1, as order dated 11/09/2017 had already been complied by paying amount by money order till filing of reply in the interest of justice.

ii) Grant any other relief, which this hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case." The learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection for modification, as is sought in the present application, subject to

2012appw289.17.odt the condition that the applicant- respondent No.1 shall continue to pay the amount of monthly maintenance of Rs.3,000/- for the petitioner No.1, and Rs.4,000/- for the petitioner No.2, and shall also pay the arrears of Rs.12,000/- within a period of one month from today. The learned counsel for the applicant- respondent No.1 assures this Court that these conditions shall be complied with.

In view of the aforesaid assurance, the order is modified in terms of prayer clause (i) of this application. The criminal application stands disposed of.
