Pursis shows that the respondents have already released salary of the petitioner no.3 payable w.e.f 01/08/2018 and that now no arrears of salary have remained unpaid from August, 2018 onwards.
It is clear that all the arrears of salary have been paid and the pursis also indicates that henceforth the salary would not stand in arrears.
