This Court by order dated 27.11.2018, after hearing both sides, came to a conclusion that the petitioner shall be entitled to salary for a period 16.07.2013 to 16.02.2014.

The respondents filed an application for modification of the order dated 27.11.2018. The said application has been rejected.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions from respondent No.1 makes a statement that the petitioner shall be paid salary for a period 16.07.2013 to 16.02.2014 within a period of 10 weeks from today.

Her statement is accepted.

In view of the said statement, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. The petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to comply with the said statement.
