DATE :- 5th DECEMBER, 2025 Heard Mr. Shende, learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, the respondent-Board has not permitted the petitioner-School and Junior College to have an examination centre for conducting the examination.

Mr. Shende, learned counsel, has invited our attention to the communication dated 30.10.2025. According to him, the said communication is illegal. He further submits that on 13.11.2025 the petitioner has submitted a detailed representation to the respondentBoard requesting to allow it to continue with the centre. 3.

Be that as it may, since the said representation dated 13.11.2025 is not decided till today, we direct the respondent-Board to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks from the date of production of copy of this order before it.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the Authority within a week's time.
