Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset, she submits that her grievance could be redressed if the Authority concern are directed to act in accordance with communication dated 09.09.2020 (page 19). 3.

On being inquired, she is unable to tell that what further proceedings were taken on the basis of aforesaid communication.

Be that at it may, we hereby direct the respondent no. 4 to act on communication dated 09.9.2020, within eight weeks from today, if decision is not already taken on the same. 5.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
