This Court by detailed order dated 02.11.2018 dismissed the petition for non-prosecution. This Court while dismissing the petition recorded earlier conduct of petitioner and was of the opinion that the petitioner does not want to pay the back wages.

Be that as it may, since petitioners have reinstated respondent no.1 in pursuance to the order dated 10.01.2014, the earlier conduct of the petitioner can be considered only after petition is restored. Hence, I pass the following order:
