The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited in this Court and prays for stay to the impugned judgment and award.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, the civil application is allowed. The impugned judgment and award dated 17/2/2017 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldana in M.A.C.P. No.371/2010 is stayed till disposal of the first appeal.
