This application is for condonation of 129 days' delay caused in preferring appeal against judgment vide which applicant came to be convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 511 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/- and in default, to suffer simple imprisonment for six months for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code and to suffer one half of imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default, to suffer simple imprisonment for three months for the offence punishable under Section 511 of Indian Penal Code. For the grounds mentioned in para 2 of the application, delay is found satisfactorily explained. The
