The learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.3 has filed pursis dated 3rd July 2019 stating that the respondent No.3 has taken case papers and no objection on Vakalatnama expressing that the respondent No.3 intends to engage another Advocate.

Neither the respondent No.3 nor any other Advocate is present for her.

This application, praying for grant of early hearing is pending since 27th November 2018. It appears that the respondent No.3 is not diligent in prosecuting the Civil Application.

Hence, the civil application is dismissed.
