Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. According to him, the compound wall of his house is likely to be demolished by the Authorities and therefore, he has made a representations dated 05.11.2025 to the Executive Engineer, P.W.D., Mehkar, District Buldhana so also the Collector, Buldhana which is still not decided. 2.

Considering the prayers made, we direct the respondents - Executive Engineer and Collector, Buldhana to decide the representations dated 05.11.2025 within eight weeks from today.

The petitioners undertake to produce the copy of this order before the Authorities within two weeks from today.

Needless to mention that till the decision on the representations, the Authorities should not take coercive action against the petitioners.
