This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. Delay is of 22 days.

The application is strongly opposed by learned counsel Ms Deepali Sapkal for non-applicant No.1 without filing any reply. Therefore statement of facts made on affidavit by Legal Manager of Reliance GIC Ltd., Nagpur has remained uncontroverted.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. Delay is hereby condoned. Office to register the .....2/-
