This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. Delay is of 22 days.

The application is strongly opposed by learned counsel Ms Deepali Sapkal for non-applicant No.1 without filing any reply. Therefore statement of facts made on affidavit by Legal Manager of Reliance GIC Ltd., Nagpur has remained uncontroverted.
