The civil application is allowed accordingly. Pursis (St.) No. 16482/2018 The learned advocate for the respondent no. 1 states that the respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 10,000/- deposited by the petitioners towards costs.

The learned advocate for the petitioners admits this. Hence, no orders are required on this pursis. The pursis is disposed accordingly.
