In short, it is her case that the respondents are not forwarding the proposal due to certain deficiencies. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that issue regarding non-submission of no objection certificate has been decided by this Court vide judgment and order dated 11.01.2024 in Writ Petition N.4674/2023.

Be that as it may, the respondent Authorities are directed to decide the issue of grant of appointment on compassionate ground to the petitioner in the light of aforestated judgment dated 11.01.2024 passed by this Court, within ten weeks from today.
