DATE : 04/11/2019 There is a disputed question of fact as to whether the arrears of 6th Pay Commission are paid to the petitioner in accordance with law.

According to the respondent - Management, the entire arrears are paid as per the decision of the Grievance Committee, whereas the petitioner submits that the calculations made are not correct.

In view of this, the parties shall be at liberty to approach the Grievance Committee, which can see that the order is complied with. All questions are kept open. The writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
