CIVIL APPLICATION (W)NO.3142/2018 By this application extension of further time has been sought for deciding the caste validity claim of the petitioner. Now, the learned AGP informs that after filing of this application, decision has already been taken by the Committee on 10th April, 2019. In this view of the matter, we see no difficulty in extending the time till 10th April, 2019.

Thus, Civil Application is disposed of accordingly in terms of this order.
