Heard Shri N.M. Gaidhane, learned counsel for the applicant.

Perused the report. From perusal of the report it appears that the name of the applicants nowhere appeared. The persons name in the FIR are released on bail. Hence, the applicants are entitled for bail. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

I] The criminal application is allowed.

II] The applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount.

III] They shall not tamper with the evidence of prosecution witnesses.
