After arguing for some time, the learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application, however, submits that the trial Court be directed to consider the request of the applicant / wife for grant of expenses for attending the proceedings at Akola.

The application is disposed as withdrawn. No costs.

The trial Court shall consider the request made by the applicant for grant of expenses for attending the matter at Akola, if such application is made, according to law.
