A novel practice is developed by the lawyers to start studying the matters after the decision and then to claim rehearing under the garb of review application. The clients are expected to be vigilant of such practice while engaging a lawyer, because ultimately he is the sufferer.

This is one of the instance where we dictated the orders in open Court and after putting a

Order 0712mca1285.18 question - as to whether petitioners were the persons who were directly aggrieved, we proceeded to observe that we do not propose to go into the merits of the issue raised, because petitioners are not the persons aggrieved. Now also attempt to substantiate is unsuccessful.

Review Petition is, accordingly dismissed.

No costs.
