In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that in the process initiated by the respondents for allotment of "Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra", he participated however his name was published in the list of non-eligible candidate at Sr. No. 199, as he failed to state the Prabhag. 3.

There was a provision to raise objection to such list declaring any candidate non-eligible, within stipulated time as provided.

The petitioner raised such objection on 29.08.2025 pointing out the reason for not mentioning Prabhag. Admittedly, there is no decision on this objection till date.

Thus, we are of the opinion that the petition is premature as there is no final decision on the objection of the

939.wp.7432.2025.odt petitioner which was submitted by the petitioner as per the process prescribed for finalization of allotment of such Centre. 6.

In the circumstances, we dispose of the petition with direction to the respondents to take decision on the objection raised by the petitioner before finalizing the allotment of centre.

The decision shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of such decision. 8.
