Heard learned counsel Shri B.H. Tekam for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri V.A. Thakare for the State and also perused the reply. 2.

It is not in dispute that the applicant runs the country liquor shop on the Naukarnama for the licence holder who is having licence to run the shop having the licence under CL3. 3.

Looking to the nature of accusations made against the applicant and looking to the statement made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri V.A. Thakare for the State, the State Excise Department is already taking necessary steps against the licence holder, in my view, the present applicant has made out a case for anticipatory bail.

Further, the applicant has attended the police station as per the directions given by this Court on 21.12.2017. .....2/-

In that view of the matter, the criminal application is allowed.
