For the reasons disclosed in the application, the prayer made in the application is granted. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% of the amount deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
