According to him, the vehicle has been illegally seized by the respondent authority, and he has, by way of reply pointed out that no authority was vested in the respondent for seizure of vehicle. 3.

Be that as it may, since the reply has already been filed, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the issue regarding seizure of vehicle within a period of two weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of petition along with order passed today before the respondent authorities within a period of 3 days from today. 5.
