Heard Shri N.P. Lambat, learned counsel for the applicants - respondent Nos. 1 & 3, who filed the present application and Shri Kilor, learned counsel for the original petitioner.

PIL No. 43 of 2002 has been disposed of on 23.06.2017 by issuing some time bound directions. The difficulties faced by the respondents in completion of work of Railway under Bridge are explained on affidavit. 3.

During hearing we find that the respondents have also made some progress in the matter.

As we do not see any malafides, though Shri Kilor, learned counsel is objecting, we extend the time as prayed for. Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
