Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties on the application for condonation of delay as well as for restoration of Writ Petition.

After going through the applications, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay as also for restoration of Writ Petition. Hence delay is condoned and Writ Petition is restored back to file, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- to be payable to High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.
