DATED : FEBRUARY 13, 2018 This is an application filed on behalf of respondent no.1/claimant seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by appellant in this Court.

In paragraph 5 of the application, it is submitted on behalf of applicant that he requires the amount urgently for purchasing another suitable land for his livelihood. Considering the contents of the application, it would be in the interest of justice that it is partly allowed. Accordingly, respondent no.1/applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court on filing usual undertaking within a period of four weeks in this Court. It is made clear that applicant/respondent no.1 will be at liberty to apply for further withdrawal of amount upon showing cogent reasons in future. The application is disposed of. JUDGE khj
