It is crystal clear that it is due to the mistake committed by the petitioner in fact the shifting of his name in other constituency as voter has resulted. The authorities prima facie cannot be blamed for that.

Be that as it may, the petitioner can now prefer appropriate application before the concerned authority to take appropriate call in accordance with law.
