Heard Shri V.S. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant helped his friend in love affair with the complainant/victim girl. Except that, there is no other allegation. The main allegation in respect of sexual intercourse etc. are against the Kunal Nakhate not against the applicant. Hence, the following order:- The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall not temper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.
