Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, though the prayer is not properly worded, directions be given to the Commissioner to decide the issue regarding blacklisting within a time-bound period.

He further submits that the dispute was closed for orders by the Commissioner on 22/08/2025. Considering the nature of prayer made, we direct respondent to decide the issue of blacklisting within a period of eight weeks from today.
