After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel Shri A.M.Tirukh for the petitioners submitted that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition.

The criminal writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
