Present application is filed by the respondent Nos.1-A to 1-C/Cross Objectors for speaking to minutes. 2.
The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.1-A to 1C/Cross Objectors pointed out that in Clause No.(6) of the operative order in the Judgment of First Appeal No. 132/2017 with Cross Objection No. 110/2018, it is inadvertently remained to be mentioned that the balance amount of compensation which was directed to be deposited within a period of 6 months and the same was
2 940-CAF No.4218.2025 allowed to withdraw, however, the words "along with accrued interest thereon" is remained to be inserted. 3.
As such, the words "along with accrued interest thereon" be inserted in Clause (6) in the operative part of Judgment after the word 'judgment'.

Accordingly, the civil application stands allowed and disposed of.

Correction be carried out and corrected copy of Judgment be uploaded.
